Need a Job? Need a Staffer? We Might Be Able to Help.

We’ve always said that part of our mission in building Xconomy is helping diverse members of the local innovation community to forge new connections. And hey, if those connections come with stock options, 401k plans, and a cubicle-free workspace overlooking the Charles, who are we to judge? In other words, if you’re looking for a job, or looking for somebody to hire, we want to help. In other other words, we have finally launched our job board.

We hope that the board will prove to be a valuable resource in what we know can be a challenging HR environment. For those of you who are looking a new job, you’ll find we’ve tapped into a truly huge database of positions; when you first land on the page you’ll find it pre-filtered to show the most recent listings from life sciences, IT, nano, and a host of other tech industries. Don’t see the job of your dreams listed right away? Just use the search boxes at the top of the page to find it.

For those of you who—like us—want to find just the right people to help grow your company, we’ve made it pretty simple to post your own listings. Just click the giant red “Post a Job” button at the top of the page and we’ll step you through it. As a bonus, the listings that folks submit this way always show up at the top of our site. And if you have a lot of growing to do and a lot of jobs to post, get in touch with our publisher, Steve. I’m sure he can work something out.
