Acronis, a Burlington, MA, company that makes storage management and disaster recovery software, said today that it has appointed veteran West Coast tech CEO Jason Donahue as its new chief executive. Donahue previously led ClearApp (recently acquired by Oracle) and Meiosys (acquired by IBM in 2005). Former Acronis CEO Walter Scott will remain with the company “in an advisory capacity,” according to a company announcement.
