OVP Venture Partners, the Kirkland, WA-based venture firm, said today it has hired Carl Weissman as managing director, promoting him from venture partner. While filling that part-time role at OVP, Weissman’s full-time job has been as president and CEO of Accelerator, a Seattle-based biotech startup incubator.
