HiWired, a Needham, MA-based provider of remote technical support to Internet service providers, has agreed to sell its assets to IT security and services firm Radialpoint, headquartered in Montreal, Canada, according to Radialpoint. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. HiWired co-founders Michael Wexler and Singu Srinivas will join Radialpoint as vice president of premium care and vice president of sales in the Americas, respectively.
