The Washington Biotechnology & Biomedical Association is hosting its 11th annual summer social in the afternoon of July 16. Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels is expected to make an appearance at the event, which is expected to draw about 400 people to the Naval Reserve Center at South Lake Union Park.
