Polaris Venture Partners, which has its main office in Waltham, MA, has tapped former Google employee Jon Steinberg to be an executive in residence at the venture firm, VentureWire reports. VentureWire writes that Steinberg, a former strategic partner development manager at Google (NASDAQ:[[ticker:GOOG]]), will be based in the New York office of Polaris. Polaris also has an office in Seattle.
