PopCap Releases Chuzzle on iPhone

Seattle-based PopCap Games announced today it has released its puzzle game Chuzzle on the iPhone and iPod Touch, available for $4.99. It’s part of PopCap’s expansion into more types of mobile devices and social platforms. The casual game company’s other titles for the iPhone include its hits Bejeweled and Peggle. PopCap was founded in 2000 and just raised its first outside funding round of $22.5 million in October.

He has published 20 papers in scientific journals and conferences and spoken on innovation at Adobe, Amazon, eBay, Google, HP, Microsoft, Yahoo, and other organizations. He has a Master’s and Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT, and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
