ViewFinity Finds $8.6M B Round

ViewFinity, a Waltham, MA-based provider of SaaS software for the support and management of desktops, laptops, and Windows servers, has raised $8.6 million in a proposed $9.1 million Series B financing, according to an SEC filing. The total financing includes the sale of $6 million in preferred stock and the conversion of $3.1 million in loans to preferred stock. Company CEO Leonid Shtilman was not immediately available at his office this morning. The filing does not list investors in the financing, but the company’s website says that the firm’s backers include Chicago-based JK&B Capital and Giza Venture Capital, which has offices in Israel and Singapore.
