Constant Contact, the Waltham, MA-based provider of online marketing software for small organizations, says today it has bought NutshellMail for an undisclosed sum. Menlo Park, CA-based Nutshellmail’s software enables small businesses to monitor social networking sites like Facebook and LinkedIn and get the results delivered to their e-mail inboxes, according to Constant Contact (NASDAQ:[[ticker:CTCT]]). Mark Schmulen and David Lyman, co-founders of NutshellMail, are expected to lead Constant Contact’s planned Bay Area office, which is slated to open later this year.
