CommNexus, the San Diego telecom industry group has organized a primer on grants awarded under the Small Business Innovation Research Program and the Small Business Technology Transfer Program. The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Technology administers both programs, awarding grants through a competitive application process that requires perfecting the art of grantsmanship. Mary Zoeller, of UC San Diego’s William J. von Leibig Center for Entrepreneurism and Technology will present an overview, followed by a panel discussion. Online registration is available here.
