Isilon Moving to Pioneer Square

Isilon Systems, the Seattle data storage company that was recently acquired by Hopkinton, MA-based EMC for $2.25 billion, is moving into a much bigger office in Pioneer Square. Isilon has leased about 140,000 square feet at Starbucks’ recently completed 505 First Avenue South building, according to a report in The Seattle Times. The building was about 80 percent vacant before Isilon agreed to move in, The Times said.
