Ignition, Barton Bet on Hipmunk

Bellevue, WA-based Ignition Partners, along with Rich Barton, the former CEO of Expedia and Zillow, and former RealNetworks CEO Rob Glaser are among the investors who have joined a financing worth more than $4 million for San Francisco-based Hipmunk, according to a report in VentureBeat. Hipmunk, which my colleague Wade Roush profiled in August, is developing a new airfare search interface.
