Gene Ray, the founding CEO of San Diego’s Titan Corp. (now part of L3 Communications) and former top executive at SAIC will be the ninth inductee to the Connect Entrepreneur Hall of Fame. Previous inductees are Irwin Jacobs, Walter Zable, Ivor Royston, William Rastetter, J. Robert Beyster, Neal and Linden Blue, and Peter Preuss. Ray is currently the chairman of Decision Sciences, an advanced security and detection systems company, general manager of GMT Ventures and serves on numerous non-profit boards.
