Becton, Dickinson & Co. has completed its purchase of Accuri Cytometers in Ann Arbor, MI. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Thomas Lee came to Xconomy from Internet news startup MedCityNews.com, where he launched its Minnesota Bureau.
