The California Small Business Development Center, Business & Entrepreneurship Center, Startup Circle, and ActSeed are reprising a seminar held last month for people who want to learn how to evaluate small business investment opportunities. The two-hour workshop covered the ins and outs of finding, assessing, and engaging startups and entrepreneurs. Some of the 40 people who attended were interested in investing $5,000 to $25,000.
