Invoke Solutions, a Waltham, MA-based provider of software for marketing research, has pinned down $3.8 million in equity-based funding from two investors, an SEC filing shows. The company’s previous investors include Bain Capital Ventures, BEV Capital, North Atlantic Capital, and the BRM Group. Last summer the company raised $1.8 million in an equity and options offering, and in 2008 the firm pulled in a $7 million funding round.
