Buddy Media Picks Up Spinback

New York-based Buddy Media, which markets a Facebook management program for advertisers, has acquired Spinback, according to a press release. Spinback is a New York startup that makes social commerce tools for more than 20 retailers. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Buddy Media has raised $38 million to date from the likes of WPP, Softbank Capital, Institutional Venture Partners, Greycroft Partners, and Bay Partners.
