Peregrine Semiconductor, currently in the IPO pipeline, was founded in 1990 as a fabless designer of high-performance radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs). Using proprietary technology, the company enables the design, manufacture, and integration of multiple RF, mixed signal, and digital functions on a single chip. James S. Cable has served as Peregrine’s CEO since 2002, and was previously the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Technology and Engineering.
