Let the winnowing begin. Attendees at the venture group’s annual “PitchFest” will hear presentations by promising Southern California companies that are seeking seed-stage capital. The audience will vote on three finalists who will make their presentation during the dinner. Based upon their votes, the SDVG will award a total of $17,500 in prize money to the finalists.
