Ecotopics, a clean technology networking group, has organized an evening focused on the increasing demands and diminishing supplies of water. California has a long history of water conflicts, and it is not getting easier. Two countries, Singapore and Australia, have implemented some policies and projects that have enabled them to evolve out of their own water shortages.
