Hmmm—I know what my worst one was. Best one was probably pushing Jascha Franklin-Hodge to go to MIT instead of keeping him full time at Art Technology Group (he worked for us very productively when he was still at Brookline High). He ended up leaving MIT pretty quickly, but became Howard Dean’s webmaster and ended up founding Blue State Digital, which seriously changed the world!
