Company Description We created Cumulus Funding to be the first company to invest in the American worker. Many people in this country need access to funds for many different reasons. We recognize that in many cases, traditional banks and lenders are unwilling or unable to meet those individuals’ needs.
Proceeds Purposes Cumulus will use the majority of the proceeds from this capital raise to ramp up its marketing and underwriting of its proprietary Future Income eXchange contracts, “equity-like contracts” whereby Cumulus provides funding to clients in exchange for a fixed, agreed-upon percentage of the client’s future income for a fixed period of time.
