First responders from the San Diego region and beyond are encouraged to participate in the annual security summit, which is focused on public safety, homeland security, and technology innovation. This year, presentations will focus on the humanitarian side of safety and security – providing relief in the wake of natural and man-made disasters, delivering relief to areas of devastation, and enhancing regional and national security through effective crisis management, response and recovery.
