Colorado Technology Association APEX Conference

Colorado’s largest conference for in-state technology companies is back with a new name. The Colorado Technology Association’s event, formerly DEMOGala, aims to give a “state of the state” view of the tech industry.

This year’s keynote speaker will be Jack Dangermond, president and founder of Esri, the developer of ArcGIS software platform. Dangermond, a landscape architect by training, founded Esri in 1969 and helped it grow to be the world’s sixth largest privately held software company with annual revenues of $912 million. Esri’s GIS software is used by more than 350,000 organizations across the globe, including all of the 200 largest U.S. cities, most national governments, more than two-thirds of Fortune 500 companies, and more than 7,000 colleges and universities.
