Leaders from Colorado Law’s Silicon Flatirons Center will join with area attorneys to break down VC term sheets. This hands-on workshop teaches participants critical elements of terms sheet negotiations between entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. The workshop features the opportunity for participants to negotiate some trickiest and most crucial VC terms, and then receive feedback from experts. Experts will watch the negotiations and provide specific feedback and tips to the workshop participants. Additional information and registration is available here.
