The University of Colorado’s annual New Venture Challenge startup business plan competition kicks off with a special event featuring presentations from and Q/A session with two of the top tech CEOs in Colorado. From the event website:
“Howard Diamond, the CEO of Mobile Day, Techstars mentor and salesman extraordinaire, and Andre Durand, the CEO of Ping Identity, will keynote the NVC Spring Kickoff and talk about the five issues startups should think about in their earliest stages. There will be significant time for attendees to ask Howard and Andre questions about the issues they are experiencing in their own startups.”
The challenge runs through the semester and is open to teams that have at least one CU student, faculty member, or staff member. It culminates with the finals on April 22.
The kickoff is free and open to all members of the community.
