    Myriad Genetics, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Crescendo Bioscience, Inc., a global leader in autoimmune diagnostics, for $270 million in cash which will be reduced by $25 million for the repayment of a loan made to Crescendo and customary adjustments in accordance with the acquisition agreement.
