Here are the top six things we’re paying attention to in the San Francisco tech scene this week:
—Los Altos-based Netskope, a cloud analytics company, announced a $35 million Series C round led by Accel Partners, bringing total funding to $56.4 million. Eric Wolford of Accel will join the company’s board.
—OpenDNS also announced a $35 million deal, a Series C round with investors including Greylock Partners, Sequoia Capital, and Sutter Hill Ventures. The cloud-delivered security services company has more than 10,000 enterprise customers.
—Yahoo has made yet another acquisition, purchasing Blink, a Snapchat-style app that allows users to send self-destructing messages. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
—On Tuesday, cloud application delivery service Instart Logic announced a $26 million Series C round led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) with participation by Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Sutter Hill Ventures, and Tenaya Capital. The company’s customers include One Kings Lane, The Washington Post, and Omni Hotels.
—Online fraud detection company Sift Science closed an $18 million Series B round led by Spark Capital. Spark General Partner Mo Koyfman will join the board of directors. Other investors include Union Square Ventures, Max Levchin and First Round Capital.
—On Thursday, San Francisco-based Soldsie, an online selling service that allows vendors to hawk their wares through Facebook and Instagram, announced a $4 million Series A round led by First Round Capital. The company plans to use the funding in part to continue building relationships with household brands and retailers.
