Calling all young techies: Wayne State’s College of Engineering and Blackstone LaunchPad invite you to participate in HackWSU, a 24-hour hackathon. Participants will be asked to write web-based software, create mobile apps, or design computer programs addressing a need or innovation of their choice. The event is open to all Detroit-area college (undergraduate and graduate) and high school students, who will work together in teams to compete. Pre-event workshops are also being held to introduce students to hardware and software platforms used in the hackathon. For registration and details, click here.
