Life sciences investment firm Clal Biotechnology Industries has named Julian Adams its chief science officer and president. Tel Aviv, Israel-based Clal has a portfolio of 15 biotech and medical device companies. Adams will oversee the firm’s office in Cambridge, MA. Adams’s experience includes roles at Infinity Pharmaceuticals and Millennium Pharmaceuticals.
