Bob Rhatigan has been named president and CEO of the North American operations of German skin care products company Merz Pharma. Rhatigan will be based at Merz North America’s headquarters in Raleigh, NC. He comes to Merz from Irvine, CA, healthcare products company Alphaeon, where he was president and chief operating officer. His experience also includes serving as the senior vice president of the facial aesthetics unit of Allergan (NYSE: [[ticker:AGN]]).
