Voyager Therapeutics (NASDAQ: [[ticker:VYGR]]) has named Matthew Ottmer chief operating officer. Cambridge, MA-based Voyager is developing treatments for neurological diseases. Ottmer comes to the company from another Cambridge biotech, Momenta Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: [[ticker:MNTA]]), where he was chief operating officer.
