Before joining the San Jose, CA, company, Dummer was vice president of clinical development at BioMarin Pharmaceutical (NASDAQ: [[ticker:BMRN]]) in Novato, CA. His experience also includes positions at Genentech and the Scripps Research Institute. Aridis develops antibody drugs to treat infectious diseases.
