Gemini Therapeutics Names Sandra Rojas-Caro Chief Medical Officer

Sandra Rojas-Caro has been appointed chief medical officer of Cambridge, MA-based Gemini Therapeutics. She was most recently chief medical officer for Aeglea BioTherapeutics. In other moves, Gemini named Claude Knopf to the position of chief business officer and promoted Scott Lauder to chief technology officer. Last fall, Gemini raised $42 million in Series A financing to back clinical testing of its experimental treatment for the “dry” form of age-related macular degeneration.
