Krasner comes to the San Diego biotech from Shire (NASDAQ: [[ticker:SHPG]]), where he was a senior medical director. His experience also includes posts at Biodel and Pfizer (NYSE: [[ticker:PFE]]). Crinetics develops treatments for rare endocrine diseases and endocrine-related tumors.
