Arcus Biosciences (NYSE: [[ticker:RCUS]]) has appointed Eric Hoefer to serve as chief commercial officer. Hoefer most recently worked at AstraZeneca (NYSE: [[ticker:AZN]]), where he led immune-oncology global marketing. His experience also includes posts at Roche and Genentech. Hayward, CA-based Arcus raised $120 million in an IPO last year to fund clinical development of its experimental cancer immunotherapies.
