PrimeraDx Names New CEO

PrimeraDx, a Mansfield, MA-based developer of molecular diagnostic technology, has named Matthew F. McManus as its new president and chief executive, the company announced today. The startup, which raised $20 million in a series C financing last fall, said it’s gearing up to bring to market the first of its products, which are aimed at speeding up a host of medical tests. McManus, who replacesĀ interim CEO Vincent J. Miles, of Abingworth, was previously theĀ head of Cleveland Clinic Laboratories and COO of the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Institute.
