BirdDog Flies With $2M

BirdDog Solutions, an Andover, MA-headquartered maker of transportation management software, has raised all but $300,000 of a roughly $2.4 million equity-based funding round, according to an SEC filing. Executives from the digital archiving firm Iron Mountain and the founder of private equity firm Greyhawk Capital Management are members of the BirdDog board. The document for the newest funding did not list investors.
