Seattle 2.0 CEO Leaves for Startup Weekend

Jennifer Cabala, the CEO and editor of the technology website Seattle 2.0, has left that position for a new job as chief marketing and brand officer for Startup Weekend. Cabala said she still plans to contribute to Seattle 2.0 as an editor-at-large, and her new organization also announced it plans to partner with Seattle 2.0 to produce StartupDay in September 2011. Cabala, who joined Seattle 2.0 in March, described the move in a post today.
