WBBA: Perspectives on Multiple Sclerosis

The Northwest has a higher incidence of multiple sclerosis than most anywhere on earth. No one knows exactly what causes MS, or why it’s more common in the Northwest. The Washington Biotechnology & Biomedical Association will host an event on that covers industry, academic and clinical perspectives on discoveries, research and treatment.

This panel will feature Sylvia Lucas of the University of Washington, Meenu Chhabra of Seattle-based Allozyne, as well as a third speaker yet to be announced. Moderator will be Joe Piper, Principal of Integra Ventures and Chairman of National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater WA chapter. Cost is $50 to WBBA members; and $75 to non-members.
