Gilbert Buys Another Detroit Building

Quicken Loans chairman and founder Dan Gilbert said his company has purchased the historic Chase Tower and a parking garage in downtown Detroit.  With Quicken Loans’ recent acquisition of the nearby David Madison Theater Building, Gilbert envisions building a high tech corridor along Woodward Avenue, a vision he calls WEBward Avenue.
