During his tenure as chief counsel to the FDA, Masoudi was responsible for supervising all aspects of the FDA’s work, including FDA involvement in civil and criminal litigation and investigations, legal review of warning letters, guidance, and regulatory matters, as well as providing pertinent legal advice to the FDA commission and senior leadership.
