Peer39 Raises $5.2 Million

New York-based Peer39 has raised $5.2 million of a possible $7.2 million round, according to an SEC filing. Investors included Evergreen Venture Partners and Canaan Partners. Peer39 uses semantic technology to help ad buyers find and target their audiences. The company has raised more than $27 million, according to Venture Wire.
