Fish & Richardson principals Todd Garcia, Teresa Lavoie, and Gwilym Attwell will explore the implications of the America Invents Act (AIA) on patent validity challenges and patent portfolio management strategies. The AIA is a U.S. law that was passed by Congress and was signed into law by President Obama on Sept. 16. The law represents the most significant change to the U.S. patent system since 1952.
