What the Public Should Know About Clinical Trials

Georgia Robins Sadler, Associate Director for Community Outreach at the Moores UCSD Cancer Center and Clinical Professor in the UCSD Department of Surgery, will discuss how community awareness of clinical trials plays a role in advancing medical discoveries. Sadler will talk cover what every person needs to know about research methods, participation in research studies, and why research study opportunities are often hard to find.
