The San Diego-based Security Summit has organized a two-day workshop that will focus on security technologies and services being developed here as a test bed for innovation in defense and homeland security. Topics covered will include first responders, border protection, port and maritime security, secure communications and C4ISR, as well as the Navy and Marines. The sponsor is the Security Network, a non-profit and non-partisan organization that promotes rapid commercialization of dual usage security technologies and development of effective regional security.
