Marketing Tech Developer Unified Acquires Y Combinator-Alum PageLever

Enterprise marketing technology provider Unified in New York said in a statement Monday it acquired San Francisco-based PageLever, a developer of an analytics platform for Facebook Pages, for undisclosed terms. PageLever is a graduate of the summer 2011 Y Combinator startup incubator program.

Unified, which also has offices in San Francisco and Chicago, was founded in 2011 and developed a cloud-based platform used for managing and measuring marketing on social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. The acquisition calls for PageLever’s staff, including co-founders David Turner and Jeff Widman, to join Unified’s New York and San Francisco offices. The companies plan to combine their technology offerings sometime in the future.
