The winner of the 2013 Hatch Detroit new retail contest will be announced at the Hatch Off event, which is free and open to the public. Vote for the four finalists online until Aug. 28. The $50,000 winner will be determined by 50 percent popular vote and 50 percent Hatch Detroit judges.
