San Diego members of Women In Technology International (WITI) are hosting four female CEOs at a “Fabulous Funded Female Tech Founders Reception” with help from the CommNexus EvoNexus incubator. A portion of the proceeds from the mixer and panel discussion will be donated to Better Education for Women in Science and Engineering (BEWiSE), a San Diego Science Alliance program. BEWiSE provides science, technology, engineering, and math education opportunities free to girls in seventh through 12th grade. Myriad Software CEO Carolyn Crowley, Gordian Knot founder Martha Dennis, Bevato CEO Melani Gordon, and Everyone Counts CEO Lori Steele will discuss the challenges and opportunities for female leaders in business.
