The Washington Biotechnology & Biomedical Association is organizing an event on pandemic preparedness, and what Washington state in particular is doing to get ready for H1N1 or swine flu. Speakers include Terry McIlwain of Washington State University, Anne Marie Kimball of UW Public Health, David Fleming of King County Public Health, and Tony Marfin of the Washington state Department of Public Health.
